This notice explains how Pixzora Labs (PVT) LTD handles personal information received through pixzoralabs.com. It covers project enquiries, career applications, uploaded files, direct communications, and basic technical records used to operate and secure the website.
Information we collect
Project enquiries can include your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, enquiry type, selected services, estimated budget, project description, consent confirmation, and an optional attachment.
Career applications can include your name, email, phone, location, the role, experience, current role or education, availability, LinkedIn or portfolio links, your message, consent confirmation, and your CV or résumé.
Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information such as IP address, request time, browser information, requested pages, and security signals needed to deliver and protect the service.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand your request, respond, prepare a consultation or proposal, prevent abuse, and maintain relevant business records. Application information is used only to assess your suitability for the selected vacancy, communicate about recruitment, and manage the hiring process.
Service providers and international processing
Information may be processed by approved hosting, security, email, file-storage, analytics, or recruitment providers acting on our instructions. Some providers may operate outside Sri Lanka. We limit access to what is required for the service and apply appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
Retention
Enquiry records are normally retained for up to 12 months after the most recent communication. Unsuccessful job applications are normally retained for up to six months after the vacancy closes. Records may be retained longer when an active engagement, legal obligation, dispute, security investigation, or your explicit consent requires it. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted service credentials, validation, monitoring, and protected file handling to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so sensitive information that is not requested should not be submitted through public forms.
Your choices and rights
You may ask whether we hold your personal information and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or another applicable data-protection right. Some requests may be limited by legal or operational requirements. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Cookies and analytics
The current website does not use non-essential advertising cookies. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before they are enabled.
